Job Summary : The Administrative Assistant will provide various administrative duties for senior level executives. Assignments include but are not limited to managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, processing departmental requests, preparing expense reports, and providing overall assistance. Must maintain strict confidentiality of department and company information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
- 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office Suite : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Calendar management
- Plan and manage meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
- Organize international and domestic travel
- Assemble and format presentations, and reports
- Reconcile and submit expense reports in Concur
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily office tasks
- Organize and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Manage incoming calls
- Contact management
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
