Senior Director of Medical Affairs Job Summary
The Senior Director of Medical Affairs will provide urologic expertise to inform Medical Affairs activities for UroGen's products and disease areas of interest, including non-muscle invasive bladder cancer and upper tract urothelial carcinoma.
This position will lead Medical Affairs goals and objectives under the supervision of the VP, Medical Affairs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop medical affairs strategy and tactics aligned with company objectives.
- Plan and execute medical affairs activities, including conference planning, advisory boards, publication planning, and field force training.
- Collaborate with the Medical Science Liaison Team to enhance disease state and product knowledge.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the Urologic Oncology space.
- Participate in the IIS process and Medical Education Grant review process.
- Maintain compliance with UroGen's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- MD or DO board certified in urology, required.
- Fellowship in urologic oncology preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Medical Affairs experience, preferably within Urology and Oncology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
