What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Poster position at Urologic Specialists?
Urologic Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented cash poster to join our growing team.
Duties:
- Responsible for reconciliation of our 6-clinic cash intake daily
- Posting both electronic and manual remits, ACH, refunds, and Lockbox payments
- Responsible for working credits for both insurance and patient refunds.
Requirements:
- Efficient with import posting EFT’s
- Ability to navigate insurance websites.
- Ability to read EOB’s and determine patient responsibility and verify that the insurance allowable is correct.
- Efficient with Excel and ADOBE
- Team Attitude
- Using Dual monitors
- 10 key by touch
Three days working in office, two days remote
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
