NOW HIRING FULL-TIME SCHEDULER FOR A BUSY UROLOGY CLINIC
Urologic Specialists of Oklahoma is seeking a FULL-TIME scheduler. Hours are every Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-1:30. Once trained you will close (8:00-5:00) on Fridays every 4-5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Greets patients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Works as part of the clinic team in an effective and efficient manner to accomplish daily objectives.
- Liaison between patients in staff.
- Respects and maintains patient confidentiality.
- Remains calm under pressure and handles difficult situations tactfully.
- Demonstrates effective and accurate verbal, written and electronic communication, and participates in clinic initiatives and operations.
· Must be able to handle large daily call volumes.
· Must be able to memorize multiple protocols.
· Must be able to work within multiple programs at once
Qualifications:
· Certifications: High School Diploma
· Preferred Experience: Medical office or Call Center experience preferred.
· Must pass pre-employment examination.
Job Type: Full-time
