Urological Associates of Savannah, P.C., a single specialty multi-surgeon practice in Savannah, GA has an immediate opening for an experienced Physician Practice Biller. Responsibilities will include working accounts receivable, denials, claims follow up to resolve unpaid claims, maintaining accurate and detailed records, and working patient due accounts. Must have experience with CPT and ICD10 coding, familiarity with insurance terminology, have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task. General Summary of Duties: Performs all necessary tasks to collect outstanding balances and follow up on claims. Responsible for performing tasks associated with primary and secondary insurance claim submission and follow-up. Responds to customer and payer inquiries and concerns, perform claims follow-up activities and perform special projects as directed.
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum one (1) year insurance billing and general office duty experience with knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 required.
