Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing incoming calls and assisting with inquiries related to medical terminology and office procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze information effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical terminology and office procedures to callers.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Analyze patient needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
  • Assist in the management of patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a medical office call center representative is REQUIRED.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patients.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze information effectively and make sound decisions based on patient needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
