- Utilize medical terminology and coding knowledge (ICD-10) to ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain organized records of all authorizations, denials, and appeals in accordance with office policies.

- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies, coding requirements, and managed care regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting is REQUIRED.
