Are you a dependable and adaptable Medical Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, patient-focused urology clinic? Our growing private practice is seeking a Medical Assistant – Clinical Support to join our collaborative team and help deliver outstanding care to our patients.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Support Medical Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our clinical team—flexing across departments to provide hands-on patient care and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and is always ready to jump in where help is needed most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support in the clinic, filling in for Medical Assistants as needed
- Triage patient phone calls with professionalism and care
- Manage prior authorizations, referrals, and medication refills
- Return patient phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
- Assist in the X-ray and cystoscopy (cysto) rooms
- Support the clinical team with any additional needs that arise during the day
What We're Looking For:
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- 1 years of experience in a clinical or outpatient setting; urology experience a plus
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient service abilities
- Willingness to be flexible and a “team player” attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
