Job Overview
We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills to help assist our patients get to the right departments for their appointments.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Stand and open the door and kindly greet all patients, visitors and/or guests at the main entrance.
- Have knowledge of where physicians are located throughout the building.
- Provide coverage for the lobby receptionist, as needed.
- Attend meetings and training in-services as scheduled and required.
- Promote teamwork and work effectively with others.
- Display a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
- Demonstrate professionalism and compassion to patients, visitors and coworkers.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service and verbal communications skills
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods at a time
