What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) Clinic Float position at Urology Specialists?
We are adding a MA (certified or registered medical assistant) to our busy and growing Urology team! Employee will room patients, obtain and review information with patient, assist in procedures, and perform nurse treatments. These treatments include: bladder instillations, injections, voiding trials, catheter changes, staple/drain removals and other duties as assigned.
Additional tasks include preparing patient records for appointments and cleaning and stocking exam rooms.
This position reports to the Director of Nursing and will take direction from physicians, advanced practice providers and registered nurses. This positon is Monday through Friday with a half a day off a week. Hours vary from 7:30am to 5:00pm, 4:00pm close on Fridays. No nights, weekends, holidays or call. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position with all the perks of an independent practice. All benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
