Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) solutions including:
Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
Central Policy Manager (CPM)
Conjur or Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), as applicable
Onboard and manage privileged accounts across enterprise systems.
Configure safe structures, platforms, access policies, and workflow approvals.
Integrate CyberArk with LDAP/AD, SIEM tools, ticketing systems, and applications.
Perform upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
Monitor privileged activity, generate audit reports, and support compliance audits (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO).
Troubleshoot CyberArk issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
Provide documentation and user training for CyberArk operations.
Contribute to access governance and Zero Trust initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 7 years of experience in identity and access management or security engineering.
2 years hands-on experience with CyberArk PAS suite.
Strong understanding of PAM principles, credential vaulting, and session management.
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and databases.
Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX).
CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, Guardian) are highly preferred.
