Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.
Administer identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint).
Develop and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Integrate IAM with various applications, systems, and cloud services.
Implement and enforce access control policies and audit controls.
Support compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) through access reviews and policy enforcement.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of IAM issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise IAM initiatives.
Keep up with IAM trends, threats, and technology advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 7 years of experience in IAM roles or similar security engineering positions.
Strong understanding of identity governance, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, etc.
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their IAM models.
Experience with Zero Trust Architecture is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, Okta Certified Professional) are a plus.
