- 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and/or systems engineering.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, and enterprise IAM solutions such as Saviynt and Ping Identity.
- Strong proficiency in modern authentication protocols, including SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OIDC.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and SOC 2.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex security projects, analyze risks, and implement effective security controls.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive leadership.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CIAM) preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field (preferred)
