- Expertise 5 years hands-on with platform security, access control (ACL, roles, policies), and governance in large enterprises.
- Must understand security best practices for ServiceNow (data segregation, least privilege, integration security).
- Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, GRC, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) modules is a plus.
- Identity Management (IDM) & PAM CyberArk (or similar: SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock).
- Not just "awareness" must have implemented/audited integrations with IDM tools.
- Security Architecture Mindset Not a developer; this is an architect/lead role.
- Must define security frameworks, governance models, and least-privilege access for 400 systems/integrations.
- Ability to audit existing setups, identify over-privileged access, and enforce controls.
- Large-Scale Enterprise Experience Worked in complex, multi-system environments (10K users, multi-cloud/on-prem).
- Understands risk management, compliance (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST), and audit readiness.
- Stakeholder Leadership Can work with devs, admins, and business teams to enforce security without slowing operations.
