We're hiring a Medical Assistant (MA) to provide hybrid support for cardiovascular patients. Based in Maryland, this role combines remote work and in-person collaboration to ensure seamless care. You'll be at the forefront of innovative telehealth solutions while working closely with NPs, cardiologists, and clinical teams.

• Conduct virtual pre-visit tasks like gathering patient histories and preparing telehealth appointments.
• Support NPs and cardiologists with follow-ups, lab orders, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Manage telehealth workflows, including intake, triaging inquiries, and documenting in medical records.
• Provide personalized care while maintaining efficiency across virtual and in-office settings.

• Completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual care (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills, plus comfort with technology. Training is provided.
• Ability to work independently while remote, with reliable connectivity and troubleshooting skills.
