What You Need to Apply
- 1 year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred).
- 6 months in Internal or Family Medicine (or another primary care setting).
- Experience performing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits.
- Comfort working in patients’ homes (home health or in-home service experience is a big plus).
- Located in Montgomery County and willing to travel locally for patient visits.
