What You'll Do:

• Assist in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and use specialized equipment to enhance patient mobility.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems.
• Support both administrative tasks and hands-on patient care.
• Participate in clinical rounds and team meetings to continuously improve patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current PTA license in the state.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in outpatient or clinical PT settings.
• Skills: Proficient in insurance verification and EHR systems (Athena experience is a plus).
• Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Attributes: Team player, adaptable, excellent communication, and a passion for holistic care.
