Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm | Light Backup Call Rotation
We’re hiring full-time RN Case Managers for a top hospice and palliative care provider serving Twin Falls and the surrounding area. If you want a role where you have independence, strong team support, and the space to truly care—this is it.
What You’ll Do
- See 20–25 visits per week and manage a caseload of 11–13 patients
- Deliver patient-centered hospice care across Twin Falls
- Support families with guidance, education, and presence
- Work independently while staying connected to a collaborative care team
- Focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- One evening backup call per week (5:00pm–8:00pm)
- Weekend backup on-call rotation (every 11 weeks)
- RN license and at least 1 year of hospice experience
- Ability to travel locally around the Twin Falls area
- Confidence, empathy, and strong clinical judgment
- Manageable caseloads, real work-life balance
