What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Application Associate position at Urs Midwest Inc?
The Cash Application position is responsible for reviewing the daily bank reports for payments made and reconciling those payments to the customers account. Once payments are reconciled, they will enter those payments into the accounting system and post to the customer accounts. This position is also responsible for processing all debit and credit memos along with month-end AR entries (as provided). This position unitizes different web portals based on customer parameters.
Job Duties
- Reviewing daily bank reports for customer payments.
- Obtaining remit information from various sites
- Reconciling payments to customers account
- Processing payments in accounting system.
- Processing debit/credit memos and month-end transactions in accounting system.
