Position Summary
The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations and management of URS Properties’ residential or commercial communities. This position focuses on fostering resident satisfaction, ensuring property efficiency, and supporting the Community Manager in achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations
• Assist in handling resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Foster a sense of community by organizing and supporting resident events and activities.
• Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process for prospective residents.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records of leases, resident files, and property-related documentation.
• Support the Community Manager with financial reporting, including rent collection and delinquency management.
• Assist with preparing and delivering notices (e.g., renewals, late payments, or policy updates).
Leasing and Marketing
• Promote and market the community to prospective residents through advertising, online platforms, and outreach efforts.
• Assist in maintaining an updated online presence for the property.
• Execute leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
Property Management Support
• Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of repair requests.
• Support vendor and contractor relationships, including scheduling and oversight of property services.
Qualifications
