What You’ll Be Responsible For:
🔹 Support the Community Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
🔹 Handle rent collection, daily deposits, and delinquency reporting
🔹 Assist with bookkeeping, notices, and resident communications
🔹 Maintain accurate records of occupancy, renewals, and applications
🔹 Step into the Manager role when needed to ensure continuity
🔹 Deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents
🔹 Collaborate with the team on leasing, renewals, and community events
🔹 Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
✔ Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
✔ Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
✔ Proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
✔ Comfort with both administrative work and being out on-site
✔ Knowledge of leasing, rent collection, and resident retention
✔ A passion for creating a positive living experience for residents
