What You’ll Do:
🔹 Act as the first impression for prospective residents—conduct engaging property tours, highlight amenities, and present apartment features with confidence and enthusiasm
🔹 Convert inquiries into leases through consistent follow-up, superior service, and clear communication
🔹 Maintain up-to-date guest cards and lead tracking in our leasing software (Yardi or similar platforms)
🔹 Ensure all model units and amenity spaces are tour-ready each day
🔹 Process leasing applications within 24–48 hours per our policy and qualifying criteria
🔹 Partner with the team on lease renewals and resident retention efforts
🔹 Respond to resident questions, requests, and service issues with urgency and professionalism
🔹 Assist with office operations, reporting, property inspections, and resident events
🔹 Support compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all local, state, and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) required—Spanish preferred
✔ 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, ADA regulations, and local tenant/landlord policies
✔ Experience with Yardi, Microsoft Office, and digital lead tracking software a plus
✔ Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to a team-first culture
✔ Physical ability to tour the community, including stairs and outdoor terrain
