About the Role:
As a key member of our property team, the Landscaping Team Member will play a vital role in ensuring the community stays clean, well-maintained, and resident-ready—inside and out.
Responsibilities include keeping property grounds, common areas, and exteriors clean and well-kept, assisting with make-ready units, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the community.
This role also involves helping maintain a safe and organized maintenance shop with proper inventory, supporting and assisting vendors and contractors on site, and conducting inspections of vacant units and completing make-ready checklists.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, has basic computer and customer service skills, and is able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
