What You’ll Do:
🔹 Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct property tours, highlight community features, and guide them through the leasing process
🔹 Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into signed leases
🔹 Maintain accurate guest cards, lead tracking, and leasing files
🔹 Ensure model units and amenities are show-ready every day
🔹 Assist with lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
🔹 Respond to resident questions and service requests with professionalism and care
🔹 Support daily office operations, reporting, and property inspections
🔹 Collaborate with the Community Manager and property team to deliver exceptional service and drive results
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
✔ Experience with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Knock) is a plus
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills—bilingual is a bonus
✔ Self-starter with a friendly, professional attitude and customer-first mindset
✔ Familiarity with Fair Housing, ADA, and local tenant regulations
✔ Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to walk the property, tour units, and manage physical aspects of the role
