About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance and Landscaping Assistant to join our team at Views at River Bend Apartments in Beaufort, SC.
Responsibilities include maintaining the property grounds, common areas, and exteriors, as well as assisting with make-ready units and maintaining cleanliness throughout the community.
This role also involves helping maintain a safe and organized maintenance shop with proper inventory, supporting and assisting vendors and contractors on site, and conducting inspections of vacant units and completing make-ready checklists.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, has basic computer and customer service skills, and is able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
