What You’ll Do:
🔹 Be the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct tours and show off the community
🔹 Follow up on leads and convert them into leases
🔹 Keep leasing files, guest cards, and lead trackers up to date
🔹 Ensure model units and community spaces are always show-ready
🔹 Help with renewals and retention efforts
🔹 Provide top-notch customer service to residents and prospects
🔹 Support day-to-day office needs and collaborate with the property team
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong customer service skills—experience is a plus but not required
âś” Comfortable communicating clearly in person, over the phone, and by email
âś” Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
âś” Team-oriented, motivated, and professional
âś” Must be comfortable walking the property, climbing stairs, and handling basic physical tasks
âś” Bi-lingual skills and software experience (Yardi, Knock, Outlook) are a plus
Requirements:
• High school diploma or current college enrollment preferred
• Must be friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and ADA regulations a plus (we’ll train!)
