Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Siemens MOM Business Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions. This role requires expertise in OpsCenter Intelligence, strong collaboration with business stakeholders, and technical leadership to ensure seamless system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
< class="" data-start="676" data-end="732">1. Siemens MOM Implementation & ConfigurationLead the implementation and configuration of Siemens MOM solutions, including OpsCenter, Mendix, APS, Connect MOM, and OpsCenter Intelligence.
Ensure seamless integration with logistics, production control, and quality manufacturing functions.
Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for optimal system performance.
Collaborate with functional business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business needs into system capabilities and technical specifications.
Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal teams.
Analyze and optimize software-hardware interfaces within the manufacturing and supply chain domains.
Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring business continuity and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
Manage a third-party system integration team, ensuring backlog execution, bug fixes, system testing, and documentation.
Apply Agile methodology to track sprint progress, backlog health, and delivery efficiency.
Work closely with functional area leads to prioritize and align technical tasks with business objectives.
Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Siemens MOM (OpsCenter, Mendix, APS, Connect MOM, and OpsCenter Intelligence).
Experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Ability to work across teams and prioritize project needs efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
