The Vice President and General Counsel is the college’s chief legal officer and oversees all of the legal affairs of the college.The Vice President and General Counsel represents Ursinus College as well as its trustees, officers, faculty, and staff, all in their official capacities, on various issues impacting the College.The Vice President and General Counsel does not represent College employees or students in their individual capacities. In some limited cases, the Vice President and General Counsel may be able to refer an individual to an outside legal resource. The Vice President and General Counsel reports to the college’s president and board of trustees.The Vice President and General Counsel stands ready to assist all members of the College community with any legal issues relating to their office or department.
