Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Business Process and Change Analyst to bring onto the team.
Duties:
- Work cross-functional with IT business and Go-to-Market partners at all levels to drive organizational change, change management, and business user testing.
- Coach and mentor functional change agents and managers leading the people side of change to execute project-specific change strategies, change management and training plans
- Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
- Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
- Lead and perform business user acceptance testing from pre-planning through to execution and launch.
- Actively participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
- Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
Salary : $44 - $54
