JOB TITLE: Digital Project Manager V
LOCATION: 100% Remote
DURATION: 6 month contract
PAY RANGE: $83-93/hour

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
• Manage backup, security and user help system
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions
• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements
• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery

Must-Have Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience having worked in similar set-up and complex massive teams
• Must possess general program management skills: discovery, strategy, proposal, execution, maintenance
• Must be able to navigate ambiguity/complex problem spaces and maintain flexibility in changing circumstances
• Ability to operate autonomously and transparently, bringing stakeholders along for visibility and input at relevant milestones
• Aware of issues and able to anticipate and design programs around them
• Big tech experience (large tech companies)
• Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Demonstrates sense of urgency

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
