The Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at leading retail companies to advise on digital strategy and transformation for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will focus on the Retail industry, and lead strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of experts to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will advise senior industry leaders and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for technology, and relevant research in your industry.
What you need to succeed
● Experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency
● Expertise in the retail industry, including stores, e-commerce and direct to consumer companies
● A strong track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results
● Stellar executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior leaders
● Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities
● Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment
● High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
● Willingness to travel up to 50%
