Duties :
As Social Community Manager, you will own voice on social media, embodying who we are as a brand that's Extremely Online™. You are the person behind the keyboard at all times - the number one hype person for local businesses. You understand how to get our online communities talking when it's quiet, and how to engage when it makes sense to join the conversation. You have an eye for reactive moments and building mainstays for community engagement, like roll calls on Threads or regular Instagram Story Q&As. You know when to tap into a trend and when it doesn't make sense for us. You champion a business in any virtual room you're in (or Thread or Tweet).
