JOB TITLE : Software Engineer IV - C

LOCATION : 100% Remote

DURATION : 6 months with possible extension

PAY RANGE : $79-89 / hour

Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-national technology company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA.

Summary :

The main function of a software engineer is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work. A typical software engineer researches, designs, develops and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific and general computing applications.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Broad Spectrum :

Work with production

  • Work with dashboards
  • Instrumentation
  • Testing
  • Logging
  • Automation

    • Mist-have Skills :

  • Relevant industry experience, preferably past employment at a large enterprise company
  • Ability to code, given a new problem, ask questions, and write decent code, and debug it (preferably in C )
  • Interest and experience working in cloud services stack space
  • Bonus : experience working with AI stack
  • Passion and excitement to work on our client's wearables project

    • Nice-to-have Skills :

  • Experience in Architecting system solution-all phases of software development

    • Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required.
