Position Overview :
The Studio team is looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee our custom advertising and media solutions projects globally. The successful candidate will help facilitate planning and operational excellence. They would manage and prioritize team pipeline and partnerships across the business, while ensuring operational processes are in place and updated as needed, striving for continuous improvements. This is a cross functional role working within the Studio team directly, and facilitating with various areas within the business such as media planning and insights reporting team, account management, and Brand partners where needed.
They would oversee the intake forms and process, steward day to day project management of our global projects, maintain project status and be across each project end-to-end to ensure that all requirements and deliverables are met, tracking all workflow steps in our proj mgmt. tools.
They will be very detail oriented, technically minded and enjoy problem solving. They will also have some account management responsibilities, maintaining relationships with partners throughout and beyond the campaign phase. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment.
