Responsibilities
Collaborate with UX designers, UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to create products for internal usersStay abreast of company strategy and understand deeply about internal usersImprove internal tools, design interaction and interface based on design principlesBuild prototypes with appropriate fidelity, conduct user research and ensure building a correct solutionCommunicate design decisions and deliver design guidance with high standard to engineersCommunicate the user experience at various stage of the design process with the users and cross functional partnersRequirements
4 years of experience in UX designStrong prototyping experienceExperience in shipping product featuresbility to understand technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design decisionsPortfolio demonstrating design process, decision making, prototypes and visual designExperience working on multimodal interactive productExperience working on internal or enterprise productsExperience in building and shipping products that are ambiguous in scopeBonus :
