What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Provide timely sales analytics, including pipeline analysis and sales results, to support sales teams
  • Identify and address problem areas within the sales organization in collaboration with sales managers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and facilitate the sales process
  • Assist in driving sales orders and approvals through internal systems during the end-of-quarter sales effort
  • Support deal structuring to maximize value and quota attainment for the company

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or another analytical role
  • Strong background in financial and project data analysis, including budgeting and financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data modeling
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and analysis
  • Ability to maintain cross-functional relationships and a strong sense of urgency
