  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely for both business users and technical audiences
  • Adapt to fast-changing requirements and manage multiple projects concurrently

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 5 years of experience designing and producing content for a technical audience
  • Proven experience designing documentation for software APIs
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with XML-based publishing systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience working directly with teams of software engineers and product managers
  • Familiarity with using and following a style guide
  • Knowledge of GenAI and Asana
