What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Develop and execute cross-line of business owned and operated video strategies and media plans
  • Manage video trafficking and asset management across various owned and operated video properties
  • Monitor pacing and performance metrics in partnership with the Premium Video Lead
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-line of business teams
  • Streamline processes and tools to enhance owned and operated media operations

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in media planning, buying, or operations
  • Strong understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions in the US and Canada
  • Proficiency in using media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, and iSpot
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Experience in a media agency or in-house agency setting
  • In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy, particularly with video channels
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a bias for action
