Job Description

Urth Caffe is a restaurant/café that values teamwork and friendly people. We are seeking a highly motivated IT Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for POS terminals, mobile ordering systems, and related software. Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.

· Address IT issues on-site or remotely for café locations, ensuring smooth daily operations.

· Manage servers, active directories, and Microsoft Office365 for staff accounts and communications.

· Oversee all POS and back-office technology applications and help restaurant level operators become proficient in their use.

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or changes.

· Work in a highly collaborative environment interacting with Operations, Finance/Accounting, Payroll, and HR.

· Ensure IT systems comply with data security standards relevant to the restaurant industry.

· Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with Urth Caffe's standards of excellence and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Associate of Science in IT - Network Systems Administration (or equivalent); bachelor’s degree preferred.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology in a multi-unit restaurant or retail brand strongly preferred.

· Experience with PosiTouch system is preferred.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

· An ability to adapt and change rapidly with a "whatever it takes" mentality is essential.

· Ability to prioritize and resolve IT issues quickly in a high-pressure setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
