Overview

Urth Caffe is a restaurant/cafe that values teamwork and friendly people. We are seeking a dedicated janitor to join our team. As a janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and sweeping.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with minor facility maintenance tasks as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & un-assisted
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• The ability to safely climb ladders
• The ability to work in cold temperatures
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing

Pay Range: (Pay ranges applicable to CA locations only)

• Hourly
• $19.50 Minimum- $19.50Maximum
