Urth Caffe is a restaurant/cafe that values teamwork and friendly people. We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our Bakery team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food production. As part of our Bakery team, you will play a crucial role in daily food production.

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Bakery Team. If you have a passion for cooking and/or baking, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and pies.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality.
• Operate cooking and baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets.
• Monitor baking and cooking process to ensure proper cooking times.
• Decorate baked goods as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry, food production preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cooking and baking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.
• Experience working with dough, pastry or cooking and baking tools such as knives and mixers.
