We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with strong project management capabilities to lead our DevOps team on the AWS platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps production support, ensuring seamless operations, continuous integration, and delivery processes. The role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, streamline workflows, and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Management :
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.
Plan, execute, and oversee DevOps projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable AWS infrastructure.
Provide expert-level production support, diagnosing and resolving incidents and performance issues.
Act as a liaison between the DevOps team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
