The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our best-in-class sales force as a Sales Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee, coach, and motivate the Great Lakes region sales team (WI, IL, IN, MI). You will be focused on identifying primary customer segments and providing world class service to our existing customers. The purpose of this position is to assist with the development and growth of the Great Lakes regional team.
You will work with the current portfolio of customers and the Alta sales staff to secure new accounts and you will be familiar with managing the profit & loss of the overall business.
Our preferred candidate will live in WI, but we are open to candidates that live in one of the states within the region and be open to ample travel within the US.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and motivate sales and technical team and maximize total revenues
- Communicate and promote the company to establish the brand and market presence
- Responsible for strategic planning, business development, and profitability
- Budget management
- Help to grow AI technician services program and implement core client relationship programs focused on progressive dairies.
- Strong contribution and engagement in quarterly US Sales meetings
