As a Hospitalist Medical Director with USACS, you’ll be responsible for managing hospitalist medicine services by collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your physician staff. As a leader for both the hospital and US Acute Care Solutions, you will influence broad company decisions and help facilitate the development of new leaders.

- Average Daily Encounters: 15-20
- Staffing Model:
- 12 hours of in-person physician coverage
- 12 hours of night APP coverage with 12 hours of telemedicine physician support
- 1 physician in-house, 1 physician telemedicine/1 APP provider hospitalist team
- APP will act as a dedicated night provider
