- Four-five physicians, one APP daily, seven days on / seven days off; one swing shift APP, seven days on / seven off; one nocturnist per day
- Scheduling 7 : 00 a.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. for day APP & MD; 1 : 00 p.m. to 1 : 00 a.m. for swing APP, 7 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 a.m. for nocturnist
