As a Diesel Technician II , you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing tractor and trailer units to meet DOT and company standards. Order and manage parts inventory, ensuring efficient workflow. Train and mentor junior technicians while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Make warranty recommendations based on diagnostics and repair assessments. What You Bring to the Team We’re looking for a team member who has : Required : Minimum of 1 year of experience in diesel / tractor maintenance. Preferred : 2 years of experience in diesel / tractor maintenance. AAS Degree in Heavy Duty Truck Technology or related field Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Certified in ABS brake systems and eligible for Minnesota DOT inspection certification. Strong computer skills for documenting repairs and service records. Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted hiring range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 / hr.
