ABOUT THE JOB

As the Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will be a passionate problem-solver and critical thinker responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative solutions for our website and products while growing your craft through curiosity and enthusiasm. This role combines human-centered design thinking with creative visual storytelling, bringing products to life through intuitive interfaces, interactive animations, and compelling visuals.

WHAT YOU LL DO

• Design and conduct user research, including contextual inquiry and usability testing, A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Leverage superb writing, communication and presentation skills to drive vision and design
• Approach projects, quality thought, storytelling, illustrate design concepts, and an ability to bring your ideas to life
• Understanding of how to apply business strategy and branding issues with user needs and tech constraints
• Collaborate effectively with customers and internal technology and product/project teams to articulate issues and communicate persuasively
• Follow Design System guidelines
• Leverage Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, inVision, Sketch, or other related prototyping tool sets
• Work constructively with engineering teams, and knowledge of features in front-end technologies such as Angular, Angular Material, Bootstrap, JavaScript and so on
• Lead, manage and coordinate projects & efforts
• Create flawless deliverables for both public- and private-sector clients
• Support creation and enhancement of marketing collateral with visual assets and engaging animations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor s degree in design, visual arts, human-computer interaction, or a related.
• Minimum four (4) years hands-on design experience, including wireframing, high-fidelity designs, information architecture, rapid prototyping, user experience and UI Design for web and mobile interface.
• Experience of UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms, demonstrated through a portfolio of work samples.
• Demonstrated experience with graphic design and animations.

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS

• Experience with recording and editing videos.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle models and agile programming methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience in responsive design.
• Understanding of 508 compliance and accessibility.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, sitemaps, and acceptance criteria.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

• You must be able to obtain a security clearance (Secret or higher) ship required

COMPENSATION

• $55,000-$125,000 per year based on skills, experience
