About the Job
As the Sr. UI / UX Designer , you will be a passionate problem-solver and critical thinker responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative solutions for our website and products while growing your craft through curiosity and enthusiasm. This role combines human-centered design thinking with creative visual storytelling, bringing products to life through intuitive interfaces, interactive animations, and compelling visuals.
What You’ll Do
- Design and conduct user research, including contextual inquiry and usability testing, A / B testing and multivariate testing.
- Leverage superb writing, communication and presentation skills to drive vision and design.
- Approach projects with quality thought and storytelling, illustrating design concepts and bringing your ideas to life.
- Understand how to apply business strategy and branding issues with user needs and tech constraints.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and internal technology and product / project teams to articulate issues and communicate persuasively.
- Follow Design System guidelines.
- Leverage Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, Sketch, or other related prototyping tool sets.
- Lead, manage and coordinate projects & efforts.
- Create flawless deliverables for both public- and private-sector clients.
- Support creation and enhancement of marketing collateral with visual assets and engaging animations.
