What this job involves:
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up the CMMS software to meet the needs of the organization while ensuring the system integrates well with other systems used by the organization.
- Configuring asset data, maintenance schedules, and work order workflows.
- Identify and assist in the development of training related to the use of the CMMS.
- Procedure review responsibilities to ensure regulatory compliance of the maintenance program related to the CMMS processes.
- Providing technical assistance to end users on navigating the CMMS, resolving issues, and answering queries related to data input, work order creation, and reporting.
- Analyzing maintenance processes and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Administering user accounts, permissions, and roles.
- Generating reports and analyzing CMMS data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement in maintenance operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the CMMS software features, functionalities, data structure, and reporting capabilities.
- Extensive experience with a specific CMMS software (e.g., Corrigo, SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
- Understanding of maintenance practices, asset lifecycle management, and industry standards.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and effectively train them on the CMMS system.
- Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and identify key insights to optimize maintenance operations.
- Experience in managing CMMS implementation projects and coordinating system upgrades.
