What are the responsibilities and job description for the Control Room Operator position at US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.?
Location: Greer, SC
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $28.00-$35.00/Hr.
Skilled HVAC technician will be placed in the energy center control room to monitor the systems via BMS / Tracer / Metasys. Other responsibilities will be to create work orders, be a first line responder to technician calls and assist with simple trouble shooting on HVAC systems in a industrial environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with monitoring building management systems. Iconics, Tracer, Metasys
- Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems as a first responder and assist other junior team members with troubleshooting
- Customer service
- Organization
- VAV, PLCs, hot water, chilled water and DX units, exhaust fans, lift stations
- Ability to read schematics
